The shareholders of eight public companies will put to vote proposals for the distribution of dividend at their respective general meetings this week. The final date for holding annual shareholders' meetings is set June 30 (Tuesday).

The shareholders of Alfa Credit SPV and Aktiv Properties REIT will meet today and will put to vote proposals for the distribution of 0.638 leva and 0.006 leva dividend per share.

The general shareholders' meetings of Unipharm and Mekom will vote for the distribution of 0.56 and 0.06 leva dividend per share, respectively. The shareholders of Petrol and Unipack will meet on Wednesday.

The shareholders of the oil distributor will discuss the allocation of a total of 100 mln leva as dividend, or 0.9153 leva per share, while the shareholders of Unipack will receive 0.03 leva dividend per share.

The general shareholders meetings of Sofia BT and DZI take place on Thursday (June 25). The shareholders will vote for the allocation of 0.12 and 0.62 leva dividend per share, respectively.

The shareholders of Slanchev Bryag will meet on Saturday (June 27) to discuss a decision to launch a liquidation procedure for the company.

The BG40 index of the most traded stocks on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) lost 1.51%, to 102.48 points last week, while the SOFIX blue-chip index shed 2.63%, to 361.29 points.
