The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) posted declines in the first session of the week.

Тhe SOFIX blue-chip index shed 1.20% closing at 463.33 points, while the broader BG40 slipped by 0.95%, to 127.16 points.

BGREIT and BGTR30 lost 1.60% and 0.66%, to 48.45 points and 353.03 points, respectively.

BSE's overall turnover came to 1.34 mln leva. With the bond market accounting for nearly 300 000 leva of the figure. The value of the over-the-counter deals exceeded 208,000 leva as at 2:50 p.m..

A total of 78 issues were traded on the day with 20 of the stocks posting price gains.

Albena Invest Holding was the only gainer on segment A of BSE's Official market. The stock of the company appreciated by 2.92%, to 6.18 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 250 shares.

Stara Planina Hold shed 2.70%, to 1.80 leva per share after 2 000 shares traded.

Banking stocks ended today's session lower. Bulgarian-American Credit Bank was the biggest decliner slipping by 3.12% to 18.60 leva per share. Corporate Commercial Bank shed 2.68%, to 54.50 leva .

Central Cooperative Bank and First Investment Bank lost 0.35% and 0.69%, to 1.44 leva and 2.86 leva per share, respectively.

Monbat's stock price went down by 5.40% to 7.00 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 5 854 shares.
