Bulgaria ran a monthly surplus of 36.5 million leva in November 2010 under its consolidated fiscal program, the Finance Ministry said on Tuesday, citing early estimates. Between January and November, the country incurred a 1,866,200,000 leva deficit under the program.
Over the last few months, indirect tax revenues gradually regained their earlier levels, recording nominal year-on-year growth between July and November. The parameters of executive budget revenues are being implemented within the levels projected in the updated 2010 national budget.
The fiscal reserve stood at 6,400 million leva as at the end of November.
