No Dividends At Duropack-Trakia’ This Year
The shareholders of Duropack-Trakia Papir AD-Pazardzhik will gather on a general meeting on 2 June 2007 to vote a decision to allocate the 2006 balance profit of 10.5 mln leva and the 2.13 mln leva non-allocated profit from previous years to the Reserve fund, BSE announced. No funds will be spared for dividends.
The shareholders are also expected to vote a proposal to delist Duropack-Trakia Papir AD-Pazardzhik from the register of public companies, kept by the Financial Supervision Commission.
In case there is not enough attendance on the shareholder’s part, the meeting will be held on 16 June 2007, 12:00 AM, same place, same agenda.
The last date for transacting shares of this company on the BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise their voting right at the GMS, is 17 May 2007.
The tender offer to the shareholders of Duropack-Trakia Papir AD was accepted by 246 individuals (21,063 shares) and 26 corporate investors (114,097 shares) at a price of 64.48 leva/share in February.
