BSE's Indexes Continue To Rise

The rise of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) continued on Wednesday. All four indexes ended the day in positive territory: SOFIX (+1.22%, to 396.60 points), BG 40 (+1.02%, to 123.23 points), BG REIT (+1.54%, to 46.83 points) and BG TR30 (+0.58%, to 333.67 points).
BSE's overall turnover came to 9.52 mln leva. The figure may be put down mainly to the 116,2020 shares in KTB which traded hands on the day. A total of 115,909 shares were transferred in a single trade at a price of 69.9 leva per share. The traded volume on the position amounted to 8.12 mln leva per share.
A total of 236,478 shares in Sopharma also changed hands on the day, while the turnover on the position came to 921,800 leva.
The two companies accounted for 95% BSE's overall turnover on the day.
A total of 69 issues were traded on Wednesday with 42 of the stocks posting price gains.
Stara Planina Hold's stock continues to appreciated. The stock price of the company went up by 6.18% to 3.61 leva. Elhim-Iskra gained 0.23%, closing at 3.05 lea per share on the day.
Agria Group Holding's stock added 5.88% to its value on the day closing at 4.50 leva per share.
Central Cooperative Bank gained 1.94% on Wednesday to 1.37 leva per share. Bulgarian-American Credit Card was among today's decliners after its stock price slipped by 2.15% to 9.1 leva per share.
